Referral Services
CCACHS staff make every effort to remain well-informed of the many services that are available to assist low income families in resolving their crisis and become more self-sufficient. In so doing:
- All staff are encouraged to and do participate on other organization’s boards and advisory committees offering a voice for low-income family needs.
- The agency completes a comprehensive intake survey for all persons seeking assistance through its programs to determine the applicant’s overall needs and direct all necessary referrals.
- The agency assists some local phone directories in developing and maintaining their “Guide to Carbon County Human Services” and serves as a local contact for anyone needing more information or help in identifying a problem.
